What a great brewery in a small little town here in Hayesville. Great beer and great food! We ordered a beer specifically for the liqueur barrels that it was fermented in because we had a great time at Cathead distillery with friends, and actually, it was 1 year ago this week that we met them in Mississippi.
Ok, back to the brewery! We ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower and it was A-MA-ZING!! The buffalo sauce they make in house and do an excellent job with it for sure. The chips and nacho cheese were great. The tacos that we ordered were good but a bit dry for my liking.
They have a mix of both inside and outside seating. They have outside next to the parking lot, outside covered and screened (heated in the winter), inside with garage door open and inside-inside. Overall a really nice, quiet, atmosphere and very pleasant to carry on a conversation. We can't wait to go back!
