So, we went back to Tampa! Well, let me explain...we had to...our son was getting married :-) We arrived on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, so we could be there for the Bridal Shower and Bachelor Party. Both events were great. The week of the wedding we had a bunch of stuff to catch up on being that we haven't been in the area for a while. Things like Dr.'s visits, vet visits, truck maintenance, etc. We had a busy week leading up to the wedding.
The dogs went to the trainers on Friday the 1st, so we could focus on the important things and not having to worry about when they ate or had to go out. The rehearsal dinner went absolutely wonderful and we could not have asked for a better venue than Carrabba's. The staff and the manager were great!
The day of the wedding I started getting the girls ready 2 hours before we had to leave thinking that I would have enough time to get myself ready. Well, not really. I started my hair at 2pm and didn't get dressed until 10 minutes before we had to leave. It was an absolutely beautiful wedding and we are super thrilled that we have gained a beautiful, fun and loving daughter! Matt and Samantha are perfect for each other, we are excited to see what God has in store for them!
